If you’re searching for a skilled, professional realtor who also has a heart, look no further than Ryan Rezinas. \n\nRyan approached us after our home failed to sell with two other realtors. At that time, we were not receptive to listing our home again, and were frustrated from the previous experiences. Ryan was warm, and did not pressure us. Even though we said we were not listing for another few years, he kept in contact, but never in an overbearing way. He answered all of our questions as we thought about selling again and got us requested information – all before we ever signed a contract with him. \n\nMany agents say they are experts in the community they represent, and are perhaps even residents themselves. We found that while some agents use that as a calling card, but once a home is on MLS, that agent all but disappears. A buyer’s agent does the showing, and the selling agent who may be an expert in your home and your neighborhood is not there to express that knowledge during a showing. At best, this experience is quite frustrating. At worst, you feel like you should have gone For Sale By Owner.\n\nOnce we decided to list, Ryan launched into full selling mode. He told us he would be at every showing unless he was out of town, and he was true to his word. Ryan created an open house was something out of HGTV with light music, refreshments, and cookies baking in the oven. \n\nOn a Monday, our home was put on MLS, and we had a signed binder with our buyers that Thursday. \n\nWe also asked Ryan represent us in the purchase of our next home. Ryan went to all showings with us in towns that were at least 45 minutes away from his home and office. He went to see many homes with us, helped streamline and focus our search, became a mini-expert in towns he typically does not work in, advocated for us when we put in offers, and even after months of searching, never pressured us to just settle on a home. He truly had our best interest in mind, and was not thinking about simply getting us into another house to gain commission on a sale.
